Arethos has the individual or company's implied consent to collect or receive any supplementary information that is necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
By accepting the use of the Website, the App, obtaining products or services from Arethos, or providing products or services to Arethos, you grant implied consent ("Implied Consent") to obtain Personal Information or Business Information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including to obtain and/or verify information from third parties such as banks, credit bureaus, other lenders, and insurance companies in the process of accessing the eligibility of an individual, supplier, or customer. Implied Consent is also granted by the individual or company to permit Arethos to report or otherwise disclose information to Industry Canada.
Payment Terms
By signing the Order Form, the Customer authorizes Vismaad Tech Inc.(ALS) to bill the provided payment method according to the terms in the Order Form and the Terms of Service. For any mid-cycle upgrades or additional services activated, Vismaad Tech Inc.(ALS) will invoice a prorated amount. Unless specified otherwise in the Terms, all signed Order Forms are binding and non-cancellable. The Customer is obligated to pay for the Subscription Services throughout the full Contract Term.
